Origin
Built inside a working airport.
AERIS did not begin as a product. It began as the system a live international airport needed to run its commercial estate — and it was built with the people who use it every day.
Because it grew out of daily operations rather than a specification document, the platform handles the things generic property software gets wrong: turnover rent on concessions, service charge apportionment across terminals, operating licences that expire independently of the lease, and finance teams that need a defensible number on a specific day of the month.
Having proven it in production, AERIS is now licensed to other airport operators under their own branding. Every licensee gets the product that already works, plus the roadmap that keeps improving it.
