Request access
Submit your airport, operator and role details from a work email address. Trident verifies every request before an account is issued — usually within one business day.
- 02
Activate and choose your licence
Set your password from the activation email, then see full pricing: the AERIS core platform plus any add-on modules — Invoicing & Billing, Online Payments and Revenue Intelligence — on a one to three year term.

Settle how procurement prefers
Pay by card on the acquirer's 3-D Secure hosted page, or request a proforma invoice for bank transfer or purchase order.

Provisioning begins
Trident opens your isolated environment, migrates your lease register and schedules implementation and training.

Card payment
Visa and Mastercard through the PowerTranz gateway with full 3-D Secure. Licences activate the moment authorisation succeeds.
Bank transfer
Request a proforma invoice with our banking details. Trident activates the licence on receipt of funds.
Purchase order
Raise a PO against a Trident quotation for authorities that require committed procurement paperwork.
Card data never touches AERIS. Authorisation happens on the acquirer's hosted page and we retain only the gateway reference against your licence record.
Licence fees are shown once your airport is verified.
Pricing is confirmed in writing by Trident Marketing & Technologies Inc. and shown inside your portal once your airport is verified.
