What exactly is licensed?

Why is the price not published?

Quotations reflect estate size, migration scope, hosting region and which add-on modules you take. We confirm commercial terms in writing after a short discovery call.

Are there per-user or per-lease charges?

No. Staff users, leases, tenants, units and documents are unlimited under the licence.

Can we license it for a group of airports?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Group and multi-airport arrangements are quoted as a single agreement with a deployment per airport.

Question 5

Will anyone see the AERIS or Trident name?

Accepted Answer

No. The running application carries your identity, your domain and your document templates. Trident appears only on the licence agreement and invoices to you.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes — both the staff platform and the tenant portal run on your domains, with certificates managed for you.

Can we change wording and terminology?

Labels for lease types, charge categories and unit classes are configurable to match how your airport describes its estate.

How do our existing leases get in?

Structured data is loaded from spreadsheets or exports during weeks three and four. Signed agreements can also be run through the Smart Lease Reader, which extracts the commercial terms with a source quote for each field.

Who owns the data?

Your airport does, without qualification. A complete export in open formats is available at any point and automatically at the end of a term.

Is our data mixed with other airports' data?

Never. Each licensee runs on a dedicated database and a separate host.

Do we have to take the add-on modules?

Accepted Answer

No. The core platform is complete on its own. Add-ons can be enabled at any point in the term and are quoted separately.

Who holds the payment gateway relationship?

Your airport does. Merchant and acquiring accounts are contracted in your name and funds settle directly to you.

Is support charged separately?

No. Support and all product updates are included for the licence term.

What happens if we do not renew?
